At The PVA Zone, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of digital products, please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All products sold on The PVA Zone are digital products. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned.
For this reason, all sales are generally final.
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
Product was not delivered
Wrong product was delivered
Product is completely non-functional upon delivery
Verified issue caused directly by our system or delivery process
To qualify for a refund, issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
In eligible situations, we may provide a replacement instead of a refund.
Replacement may be offered if:
Account is invalid upon delivery
Incorrect product was sent
Verified technical issue exists
Proof may be required for verification.
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
Customer changes their mind after purchase
Incorrect order placed by customer
User misuse or mishandling of accounts
Suspension, restriction, or loss caused by platform policy violations
Delayed use after delivery
Failure to follow provided instructions
Unauthorized chargebacks or false payment disputes may result in:
Permanent account restriction
Suspension of future services
Legal action if fraudulent activity is detected
We encourage customers to contact support first to resolve any issue.
If a refund is approved, it may take 3–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
Orders may only be canceled before delivery.
Once a digital product has been delivered, cancellation is no longer possible.
